Summer Day Rent & Adventures is a local family business with a heart for lake tourism, nature and sustainable travel. We are located at Mobilia Beach in Kangasa, on the shores of the beautiful Längelmävesi Lake. From us you can easily explore the beautiful landscapes of Längelmävesi, Roine, Mallasvede and the whole of Greater Längelmävesi.
Directly in front of you from our shore is a wide body of water through scenic lakes, offering both short day trips and longer explorations. Through the Valkeakoski and Lempäälä canals you can extend your trips to Tampere and Hämeenlinna. In the other direction, Orivesi, Längelmävesi, Hauho… There’s plenty to see and do….

Mobilia and the Vehoniemi Car Museum
There is plenty to see in Kangasa for those interested in the history of Finnish motoring and road traffic! The Vehoniemi Automobile Museum and Mobilia have been warmly hosted museums for decades.
Vehoniemenharju
Vehoniemenharju is a ridge located in Kangasala, between Roine and Längelmävesi, south of the Kaivanto canal. It is part of a long chain of ridges that also includes Keisarinharju, Kuohunharju, Kirkkoharju and Tampere’s Pyynikinharju.
Vehoniemi the Kaivannon kanava, which connects the Roine and Längelmävesi lakes and separates the
Vehoniemenharju from Keisarinharju.
